All packages are currently shipped via USPS. A signature is not required upon delivery. Your billing and shipping address must be in the United States and its Territories.

 Please make sure to provide accurate address information, including city, state and zip code to prevent any errors or delays in shipping. Once an order is submitted, we are unable to make changes to your shipping address.

We do not ship to Freight Forwarders

We are unable to ship to multiple addresses in one order

Orders are processed within 5-10 business days, Monday through Friday. Please note, observed US holidays include: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve. Additional federal holiday closures may also apply.

Packages shipping Standard to Alaska and Hawaii may take more than 10 business days for delivery. 

Packages shipping to United States Territories and all Military and Diplomatic addresses (may take up to 21 days) must be shipped via our Standard Shipping method.

If you are not satisfied with your QF order, you can return your products within 2 days of receipt of delivery per your tracking number,  to be issued a refund. Any requests received after two days will not be honored.

You must return your order to us and We’ll process your return as soon as we receive it, for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges. Please note it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your account. Return shipping costs will be at the expense of the customer. 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

Discounted items are final sale cannot be returned or exchanged

Returned items must  be returned in original product packaging including protective wrapping and included accessories

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer exchanges.

Please note you need to initiate a return or contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to be issued a full refund. Any requests received after two days will not be honored.

If you believe your order is lost in transit please contact the shipping carrier (USPS) with your tracking number to initiate a lost package search. It is best to visit a local office in-person so the carrier can be of better assistance. Be sure to have your tracking number and shipping address with you. Should your package be deemed as loft by the shipping carrier, please contact us if you have purchased shipping protection for your package.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or exchanges on international orders. Please contact our support team at info@qualityfinesse.com

Incorrect Address: If you provide an incorrect address at the time of purchase and your order has already been shipped, QF is not liable for any delay/non-receipt of package due to your error. Please contact the shipping carrier for any questions and concerns regarding your delivery. 

Disclaimer: Once your order has shipped, QF is not liable for any issues that arise with lost, held, or stolen packages. Ownership of a package transfers immediately to the shipping carrier once the order is in possession of the shipping carrier.

Subscriptions are continuous and automatically renew at the end of each Subscription period, unless you cancel your Subscription before the renewal. You may cancel your Subscription at any time. Cancellations must be effected prior to the billing date of the applicable Subscription billing date indicated on your “Account” page. To cancel, log into your account, select “Manage Your Subscriptions” and the click “Cancel” next to the Subscription you wish to cancel. You may also email us at info@qualityfinesse.com  indicating you wish to cancel your Subscription, and follow the instructions given.

 If your Subscription has been processed and shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order. If you'd like to return your Subscription order, please see the Return Policy above.
